GENERAL INFORMATION:

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant/or required information.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders take 5-7 days befores being shipped.
Due to COVID-19 some orders can be delayed.
We're not responsible for any lost packages during shipping or after they say "Delivered". Please contact the mail company.
If your package is returned due to incorrect address the customer will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.
WRONG OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items please contact us within 24 hours after you received your package. Please attach your order number and photos of the wrong/damaged or missing items. After 24 hours we can't offer you a refund or a replacement item.

RETURN POLICY

At luxurybeauty we take care of our customers, due to COVID-19 we're currently not accepting returns or exchanges.
All sales are final, We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please note, luxury Beauty reserves the right to refuse all returns.
